Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) We are looking for a professional to join our team as a Junior Support Analyst SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Provide specialized technical support for alarm control panels and CCTV systems, resolving complex issues, identifying faults, and implementing effective solutions. Responding to service requests and resolving technical issues; Scheduling field visits and managing on-site demand; Performing basic configuration and maintenance of CCTV and alarm control systems; Recording and tracking service requests in the internal system. Collaborating with other technical support staff, managers, installers, technicians, and vendors.
