We value agility, responsibility, and a willingness to grow We are looking for an **Architectural Drafter** to join our team and work on the technical development of projects, focusing on construction quality, coordination, and compliance with legal requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Development of **executive technical drawings** (floor plans, sections, elevations, and details). * Modeling and organization of files in **AutoCAD** and **SketchUp**. * Adaptation and formatting of projects according to the standards of the **Municipal Government of Florianópolis (PMF)**. * Support in project coordination and technical review of documents. * Organization of drawing sheets, scales, layers, and office graphic standards. * Collaboration with architects throughout the development of studies up to the executive project stage. **Mandatory Requirements** * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (essential for executive production). * Knowledge of **SketchUp** for modeling and documentation support. * Experience in developing **complete executive projects**. * Attention to technical standards, file organization, and precision in detailing. * Proactive, organized profile with strong ability to collaborate effectively in an in-person team environment. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge or experience with **Revit**. * Experience with municipal project approval processes and standards. * Basic understanding of BIM coordination. * Prior experience in architecture firms. **What We Seek** A professional committed to technical quality who understands the importance of well-resolved drawings for precise construction execution.
