If you possess data analysis skills and thrive on challenges, join us! **Responsibilities and duties** * Quote and purchase requested products; * Follow up on deliveries of purchased products; * Liaise with suppliers and conduct cost-benefit analyses; * Plan procurement of products, services, and equipment based on production demand and business decisions; * Negotiate with suppliers, analyzing pricing and delivery timelines; * Plan and monitor departmental requirements; * Manage physical inventory and departmental warranties; * Monitor purchase orders to identify any discrepancies that may arise during the process; * Research new raw materials; * Research new suppliers. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Business Administration or Accounting; * Knowledge of invoices and taxation; * Prior experience in procurement; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Experience in data analysis.
