**DESCRIPTION:** * Write technical documentation and manuals to ensure that knowledge about the system is recorded and accessible to all team members; * Develop new software components by writing code, performing tests, and integrating the new components into the existing system to ensure they function correctly and meet established quality standards; * Modify software components through analysis and identification of issues in order to correct defects and/or accommodate system changes and new requirements; * Perform computer program coding based on requirements described in specifications to ensure that the software meets customer requirements and functions correctly; * Conduct testing under simulated operational conditions to verify that the program executes correctly as specified and with adequate performance; * Modify programs to change processing, coding, and other elements in order to correct defects and/or accommodate system changes and new requirements; * Other related activities associated with the role.
