This person will be responsible for analyzing user navigation and behavior data, tracking the technology partner’s improvement roadmap, optimizing categories, filters, and search functionality, managing apps and integrations, and ensuring the store remains fast, stable, and well-organized. They will also serve as a liaison with marketing—creating clear briefings for homepage, category pages, and campaigns—and collaborate on digital merchandising strategy while identifying market trends to support product and marketing decisions. If you possess analytical thinking, a dynamic pace, and passion for performance, join us in building the future! **DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:** The E\-commerce Specialist’s mission is to ensure the Shopify store operates smoothly, achieves high conversion rates, and maintains consistent execution. Key activities and responsibilities include: * Analyzing navigation, conversion, and user behavior data to generate agile recommendations for marketing, product, and sales teams * Managing the Shopify store’s improvement and development roadmap—aligning priorities with the technology partner and tracking deliverables * Administering apps, integrations, and platform configurations to balance functionality, speed, and stability * Optimizing Search \& Discovery: categorization, filters, menus, search logic, and exposure rules to increase discovery and conversion * Executing site redesigns and structural reorganizations to ensure usability, visual consistency, and fluid user experience * Creating clear marketing briefings outlining requirements for homepage assets, category pages, banners, promotions, and strategic user flows * Collaborating with marketing on the asset playbook to ensure alignment between store needs, commercial calendar, and user behavior * Monitoring site speed and technical performance—including script weight, image optimization, CDN usage, and best practices for optimization * Contributing to digital merchandising strategy—prioritizing product, bundle, offer, and campaign visibility with a focus on conversion * Evaluating market trends, consumer behavior, and assortment opportunities to support marketing and product decisions Requirements: **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, or related fields * E\-commerce experience * Google Analytics experience * CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) experience * Experience with A/B testing and UX/UI tools * Portfolio and commercial calendar management experience * Shopify/Shopify Plus experience * Figma experience * UX and UI knowledge * Basic SEO knowledge * Technical understanding of website performance * Ability to edit and adapt simple visual materials (design) Benefits **WHAT YOU’LL FIND AT R.BRANDS?** * Breakfast and afternoon coffee served in fully equipped kitchens * Exclusive discounts on products from our brands * Quarterly bonus * Welcome Kit delivered at the start of onboarding * Continuous development and internal growth opportunities * Corporate University * No dress code * Culture centered on innovation and entrepreneurship. **WORK SCHEDULE:** On-site, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour break.
