Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant to work in industrial operations for hygiene products, performing production and maintenance routines. Key Highlights: 1. Industrial experience 2. We are looking for a **PRODUCTION ASSISTANT** to *work in industrial operations for hygiene products.* **Responsibilities** * Performs routines related to production processes to maintain product quality and preservation; * Operates various equipment designated for production; * Prepares packaging, labeling, and identifying hazards; * Performs cutting and folding of materials for production (supplying the production line); * Fills products into packaging; * Assists in truck loading and unloading; * Performs cleaning and sanitization of production equipment; * Assists in daily minor maintenance of machines and equipment; * Keeps the workplace clean and organized, removing waste, garbage, materials for disposal, etc.; * Uses appropriate materials to perform tasks, ensuring organization and proper condition, following usage procedures acquired during training; * Uses personal protective equipment to prevent occupational accidents; * Supports group companies with activities relevant to the position; * Performs other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the position; **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Prior industrial experience; * Easy access to São José/Areias; Benefits * Flexible Caju card (VA/VR) R$650.00; * 30% hazard allowance; * Caju attendance bonus up to R$150.00; * Life and personal accident insurance; * Workplace gymnastics; * Transportation allowance (VT) or mobility assistance; * Unimed health plan (no monthly fee deduction); * Dental plan; * Childcare assistance; * Pharmacy discount program; Employment type: Full-time Salary: R$2\.209,00 per month Screening question(s): * Do you have industrial experience? * Do you have a completed high school education? * Do you have easy access to Areias/São José?
