Join Nexa and be part of a mining industry that moves with the world! **Responsibilities and attributions** * Support planning and scheduling of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities; * Assist in controlling and tracking maintenance work orders in the management system (SAP, Maximo, Totvs, or similar); * Collect and consolidate maintenance data for generating management reports and performance indicators (KPIs); * Support the team in controlling maintenance costs, monitoring material consumption, labor hours, and contracted services; * Assist in preparing maintenance budget forecasts (budget/forecast); * Contribute to tracking cost deviations and identifying opportunities for expense reduction and resource optimization; * Support spare parts management and control of critical materials for maintenance; * Participate in developing and updating maintenance plans and equipment technical lists; * Assist in failure analysis and preparation of technical reports on asset reliability and availability; * Support physical and financial monitoring of maintenance contracts and outsourced services; * Prepare presentations, Excel controls, and dashboards to support decision-making by the PCM team; * Participate in planning meetings, indicator tracking, and maintenance performance analysis; * Support continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and operational efficiency gains; * Contribute to managing the maintenance backlog and tracking scheduled major shutdowns. **Requirements and qualifications** **Course** Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, starting from the 5th semester. **Desired knowledge and skills** Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and Visual Basic; communicative, flexible profile with analytical thinking; Intermediate English will be considered a plus. **Additional information** ***Nexa believes in fostering a plural environment where everyone feels comfortable and empowered to be themselves.*** We are one of the world’s largest zinc producers, with over 65 years of experience in mining and metallurgy.
