Job Summary:
Engage in prospecting and developing opportunities for buying and selling energy, negotiating proposals and contracts, and strengthening relationships with sector stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
Prospect and develop opportunities for buying and selling energy in the free market;
Structure and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts, considering technical, financial, and regulatory aspects;
Develop and strengthen relationships with stakeholders in the electricity sector (generators, traders, consumers, and financial institutions);
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding the area’s portfolio and pipeline;
Support the development of new structured energy products and solutions;
Conduct economic feasibility analyses, including scenario evaluation, pricing, market curves, and contractual structures;
Support credit limit management and risk analysis of operations;
Contribute to defining, monitoring, and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and management reports;
Collaborate with internal departments (Trading, Backoffice, Legal, Finance, Risk, and Portfolio) to align strategic objectives and support decision-making;
Monitor market trends and electricity sector regulations, providing analyses and insights for the business.
Requirements:
\* Completed undergraduate degree (Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields);
\* Experience in the energy market;
\* Experience with negotiation and contracts (PPA);
\* Knowledge of the electricity sector and its regulatory environment;
Desirable:
\* Familiarity with CCEE rules;
\* Financial modeling;
\* Intermediate Excel proficiency;
\* Experience with industry systems (Sagace, Thunders).
Compensation: R$4\.700,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in Belo Horizonte, MG
