If you are proactive, eager to learn, and seeking an opportunity, this position is for you! **Responsibilities of the Construction Helper include:** * Support in Maintenance and Construction Works: Assist masons and other workers in carrying out their tasks, including repairs, demolition of concrete and masonry buildings, and other structures. * Material Preparation: Perform excavations and prepare concrete mixtures and other materials as instructed. * Organization and Conservation: Repair and transport materials, tools, equipment, or any components, cleaning and arranging them appropriately. Ensure the upkeep of work sites where services are being performed. * Quality and Safety: Participate in mandatory training sessions provided by the cooperative, acquiring knowledge relevant to your area.
