Our differentiator lies in being much more than a vendor: we serve as a technology and solutions advisor to our clients. **About the Role** We seek an SDR focused on selling outsourcing solutions, web/mobile application development, and IT projects. You will be the key driver in generating new business — opening doors, building trust, and overcoming objections with companies matching our target profile. Your role will cover the top of the sales funnel: identifying opportunities, initiating first contact with potential customers, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team — directly contributing to Alfa’s growth in the technology and consulting market. **Responsibilities** * Prospect new customers through active channels: cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. * Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on criteria such as need, budget, authority, and timeline (BANT methodology or similar). * Initiate first contact with potential customers, consultatively presenting Alfa’s solutions. * Identify the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and map business opportunities within the Industrial and Technology sectors. * Schedule meetings and demos for sales executives (Closers/Account Executives). * Maintain the CRM updated with contact details, interactions, and lead status. * Achieve targets for volume of prospecting, lead qualification rate, and scheduled meetings. * Manage and organize commercial activities in the CRM with discipline and consistency. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields). * Proven experience in B2B sales or active prospecting. * Proficiency in sales techniques and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Pipedrive). * Fluent, assertive communication — both verbal and written. * Proactive, resilient, disciplined, and goal-oriented profile. **Preferred Qualification:** Knowledge of the Industrial and Technology sectors. **Compensation** Salary negotiable based on experience \+ commissions on qualified meeting bookings.
