Job Summary: A Laser Machine Programmer responsible for programming, optimizing, and calibrating laser cutting machines to ensure production quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Program and optimize laser cutting machines 2. Interpret technical drawings and ensure part quality 3. Support machine operation and maintenance We are seeking a Laser Machine Programmer to join a reputable machining company in Curitiba/PR. * Program the laser cutting machine according to technical drawings and project specifications. * Define, parameterize, and optimize process variables, such as laser power, cutting speed, and material type and thickness. * Interpret technical drawings, CAD/CAM files, and production orders to determine optimal cutting strategies. * Perform setup, fine-tuning, and calibration of the machine prior to production start. * Develop and adjust programs to maximize material utilization, reduce cutting time, and minimize waste. * Support machine operation by troubleshooting technical failures, programming errors, or process deviations. * Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify preventive and corrective maintenance needs. * Monitor and validate the quality of produced parts, ensuring dimensional conformity and compliance with required technical standards. **Requirements:** * Experience in programming laser machines. * Solid technical knowledge of programming, adjustment, and operation of flat and tube laser cutting machines. * Basic SolidWorks skills. * Technical course in mechanical engineering or metallurgical field is preferred. * ISO 9000 experience is a plus. **Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 4.000 * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * Meal voucher: R$230 * Dental plan * On-site meals **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:30.
