HR Analyst responsible for the process: Kelly Azevedo **Responsibilities and duties** * Operate equipment – Supervisory System (operational control), HCV tanks, Cheddaring Machine, Filadeira and Carousel according to internal procedures; Check general hygiene and sanitation conditions of equipment and utensils before the start of the production process; * Know the entire production flow to take actions at each stage of the processes; * Check the general condition of milk and whether its formulation meets the standards, verify the condition and availability of inputs to be added into the production process before starting product manufacturing; * Start the mozzarella cheese dough production process according to recipe, add ingredients, control temperature, timing of each process stage, perform pH measurements, Dornic acidity, curd cutting point using Coagulo Sensor measurement, as required at each stage, send samples of milk, whey and cheese dough to the laboratory according to schedule; * Execute the production plan according to daily, weekly and monthly schedules; * Assist II operators and I operators in the cheese factory sector in carrying out activities when they face operational difficulties; * Carry out cleaning, sanitization and inspection procedures for equipment; * Inspect the operating and functional conditions of the equipment; * Keep products safe to avoid damage; * Know the company's mission, values, policies and objectives, complying with rules, instructions, internal procedures and the integrated management system, ensuring quality, occupational safety, environment and preventive medicine, contributing to people development, process optimization, sustainable development and better service to internal and external customers; * Participate in training sessions and seminars that enhance knowledge related to the company’s business, own work area or position held, aiming at continuous improvement of processes and professional and personal development; * Collaborate in performing other departmental activities; * Keep the immediate supervisor informed about the area's activities; **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma; * Minimum of 5 months in current role (for internal applications from Piracanjuba employees); * Flexible availability for shifts; **Additional information** **What we offer?** * Food allowance; * Meals at the Company (Factory); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Christmas card; * Study grant; * Free psychological consultations (Wellz); * PLR - Profit and Results Sharing.
