What will be your main responsibilities? Organize and oversee development programs (Trainee, internship, and apprenticeship), handling everything from recruitment through ongoing support during employment; Establish, monitor, and promote partnerships—including related promotional activities—with educational institutions; Lead and monitor the Scholarship Program; Annual reporting on agreements with SESI/SENAI related to partner programs; Lead and implement the corporate university project, developing content for the platform and assisting in structuring training matrices; Mediate internal and external audit processes, guiding the team on ISO 9001 requirements. **To perform these activities, you must have:** Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; Interest in and affinity for project management; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Collaboration and teamwork skills; Strong verbal and written communication skills. **? Mandatory requirements for internal candidates (Atlas):** At least 6 months of tenure at Atlas; No unexcused absences, warnings, or suspensions in the past 6 months; Not approved in any internal recruitment process in the last 12 months. **?
