Monitor the order portfolio, tracking billing and shipping deadlines and priorities; Prepare shipments for billing by allocating orders and creating transport records; Release shipments to Shipping; Generate daily reports on billed products. **To perform these activities, you must have:** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields; Intermediate Excel skills; SAP ERP knowledge is desirable; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical reasoning. **? Mandatory requirements for internal candidates (Atlas):** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields; At least 6 months of tenure at Atlas; No unjustified absences, warnings, or suspensions in the last 6 months; Not approved for internal recruitment in the last 12 months. **? Preferred qualifications:** Prior experience in transportation, shipping, billing, or logistics operations; Knowledge of logistics KPIs; Familiarity with freight contracting processes; Collaborative profile, positive attitude, and focus on contributing to a light, respectful, and productive work environment. ?
