Logistics support, loading/unloading, and product verification **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Availability to work in shifts **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Responsible for handling, organizing, and storing seeds and various materials using a forklift safely and efficiently. Your role will be essential to the logistical flow and internal organization of the department. If you have forklift operation experience and seek a dynamic work environment, this position is for you! **Forklift Operator responsibilities include:** * Forklift Operation: Operate the forklift daily to transport various materials, seeds (in bags, pallets, or bulk), and packaging. Perform the forklift’s daily checklist to ensure equipment remains in good condition. * Organization and Storage: Organize seed bags and pallets according to cooperative procedures and requirements (aisles, lots, layout, stacking height, and containment). Store ready-to-ship seeds and pallets, organized by cultivar, lot, sieve, and grade. * Logistics and Verification: Load and unload trucks.
