First-level maintenance of machinery and equipment **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 5x1 rotating shift **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT The Dryer Operator is responsible for executing drying and storage processes for grains and seeds. Their work ensures the product achieves optimal moisture levels and quality for preservation, involving operation of heavy machinery, first-level maintenance, and monitoring of phytosanitary conditions in silos. **Responsibilities include:** * Drying Operations: Directly perform grain/seed drying operations, controlling technical parameters of machinery to ensure product integrity. * Storage Management: Receive, inspect, and store products in silos. Assemble storage blocks, count bags, and conduct physical inspections, adhering to the Cooperative's quality standards. * Logistics and Handling: Perform loading and unloading of grains and inputs. Inspect and transport loads safely, organizing them on pallets according to instructions received. * Maintenance and Cleaning: Conduct first-level maintenance of machinery and equipment.
