Prepare commercial proposals and freight quotations according to customer requirements. Monitor orders and contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines and terms. Update customer records and system entries, maintaining organized information. Support the external sales team by providing data and administrative assistance. Track sales metrics and reports, aiding performance analysis. Serve as liaison among customers, operations, and logistics to ensure alignment of requirements.
