If you are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive on challenges, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** On a daily basis, you will: Deliver theoretical training for the apprenticeship program; Organize logistics for the theoretical training: physical space, equipment, and other resources; Provide individual or group support to apprentices, legal guardians/parents, and companies regarding apprenticeship-related matters; Prepare activities for theoretical training; serve apprenticeship and internship populations; Open internship and apprenticeship opportunities in the integrated system; register students, companies, educational institutions, and other partners; Refer youth/students to internship and apprenticeship positions; Maintain up-to-date information in both the system and physical documents related to implemented programs; Perform other supporting tasks for the Regional Office. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Pedagogy, or related fields; * Knowledge of teaching methodology; * Prior experience working with youth; * Previous classroom teaching experience. * Availability to work: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM **Additional Information** * Fuel allowance/parking at the site or transportation voucher (VT); * Meal voucher (VR). Paraná’s Company-School Integration Center (CIEE/PR) was founded on August 14, 1967. It originated from an initiative by a group of educators and business leaders concerned about the mismatch between professional training and students’ readiness to enter the workforce. With 39 operational units distributed across all regions of Paraná, CIEE/PR serves an average of 30,000 interns and 5,600 apprentices per month and has received approximately 30 Public Utility awards. It holds dozens of registrations with Municipal Councils for Children and Adolescent Rights and Municipal Councils for Social Assistance—essential conditions enabling it to fulfill its mission of strengthening human and social development.
