**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Public service—including customers, suppliers, and employees—via face-to-face interaction, phone, or email.
* Management of schedules, meetings, appointments, and room reservations.
* Tracking of contracts, registrations, and administrative processes.
* Deadline monitoring and follow-up on administrative requests.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education or currently pursuing a higher education degree in administrative fields;
* Intermediate Office software proficiency preferred;
