Communication, teamwork, and focus on delivery quality. **Bidding Analyst** **Work Location:** Pato Branco \- PR (On-site) **Company:** RC Segurança e Medicina do Trabalho **Responsibilities:** * Directly participate in bidding processes, preparing and submitting the company's service proposals. * Read, interpret, and analyze public tender documents, identifying requirements, deadlines, and qualification criteria. * Organize and assemble the documentation required for participation in bids. * Register, update, and maintain records on public procurement portals. * Monitor auction schedules, proposal submissions, bidding rounds, and qualification phases. * Track expiration dates of certificates, documentation, and registration records. * Prepare and maintain updated internal controls and reports for ongoing and completed bidding processes. * Collaborate with other internal departments (Finance, Legal, Operations, Technical, and Commercial) to gather necessary information for bid participation. **Technical Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Law, or Accounting. * Basic knowledge of public procurement processes and electronic auctions. * Proficiency in reading tender documents, analyzing documents, and complying with legal requirements. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. * Prior experience in bidding processes is considered a plus but is not mandatory. * Familiarity with the new Public Procurement Law (Law No. 14\.133/2021\) is considered a plus. **Behavioral Profile:** * Organization, attention to detail, and deadline orientation. * Ability to acquire technical knowledge and continuously update skills. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. * Commitment, sense of responsibility, and alignment with RC’s core values. * Process-oriented mindset, discipline, and focus on delivery quality. **Benefits and Conditions:** * CLT employment regime * Market-competitive remuneration aligned with professional profile * Benefits: + Meal Allowance + Transportation Allowance + Telemedicine + Life Insurance + Feedback Management Program + Individual Development Plan (IDP) + Performance Management + Internal training and continuous development * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, business hours
