Job Summary: This Event Bar Manager ensures operational excellence, supervises daily operations and teams, and controls supplies and key performance indicators to enhance profitability. Monitor and control operational and financial indicators Event Bar Manager – 1023 Main Responsibilities: * Ensure operational excellence across restaurant and snack bar units, maintaining standards of quality, service, safety, and profitability; * Supervise daily operational routines, quality control, hygiene, cleaning, organization of production areas, inventory, and customer-facing areas; * Control supplies, inventory, storage, product shelf life, and waste reduction; * Lead, train, develop, and supervise operational teams, promoting engagement, discipline, and alignment with organizational culture; * Manage staff scheduling, task allocation, electronic timekeeping, punctuality, and attendance; * Monitor and control operational and financial indicators, including sales, costs, cost of goods sold (COGS), waste, and profitability; * Oversee procurement, supplier relationships, and strategic inventory control; * Participate in strategic meetings with senior management, contributing to decision-making and continuous improvement. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Gastronomy, Production Engineering, or related fields (pursuing or completed); * Prior experience in management roles, preferably in the food industry, restaurants, or food retail; * Knowledge of quality control, operational costs, and COGS is preferred; * Familiarity with management systems (POS, ERP, spreadsheets, and operational controls) is preferred; * Flexibility regarding working hours is preferred. Work Schedule: * Tuesday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM; Saturdays and Sundays, 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM. Compensation: * Salary + Meal Allowance. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Meal Allowance
