




Job Summary: We are seeking an Organizational Development Assistant to support development programs, administrative control, onboarding processes, and training initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. What will be your main responsibilities? Support the organization and execution of development and training programs, monitoring deadlines, validity periods, and schedules; Perform administrative control of programs, including organizing and verifying documents for admissions, renewals, and closures; updating spreadsheets; and recording data in internal systems; Support onboarding and training processes by preparing materials, organizing venues and resources, managing attendance lists, recording participant involvement, and assisting with communication to participants and managers; Assist in tracking the working hours of the apprenticeship program, monitoring time clock records, verifying inconsistencies, making adjustments as instructed, and supporting monthly closing procedures for submission to the HR Department; Provide initial support to employees, clarifying operational questions, directing requests when necessary, and assisting managers with administrative matters related to the area; Support document organization and departmental controls, including physical and digital archiving, contract management, sending and tracking documents, updating operational reports, and standardizing internal materials. **To perform these activities, you must have:** Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic/intermediate Excel) and familiarity with internal systems; Ability to organize documents. **Nice to have:** Administrative or HR experience. ?
