




Job Summary: The Procurement Coordinator plans, coordinates, and monitors procurement activities, controls inventory, and negotiates with suppliers to ensure supply continuity. Negotiation and research of competitive suppliers Procurement Coordinator \- 1023 Main Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and monitor the company's procurement activities; * Control available inventory by monitoring stock levels, turnover, and replenishment needs; * Schedule purchases according to demand, seasonality, and internal planning; * Analyze current inventory and develop purchase forecasts to prevent stockouts or overstocking; * Inform and guide buyers regarding procurement needs, priorities, and deadlines; * Organize and align logistics related to procurement, receiving, and internal supply; * Conduct price control, analysis, and research to achieve optimal negotiations and identify competitive suppliers. Requirements: * Prior experience in procurement is desirable; * Experience in supermarkets, wholesale distribution, or similar sectors is desirable; * Practical experience in inventory control, merchandise turnover, and procurement planning is desirable; * Completion of high school (secondary education) is desirable; * Basic knowledge of administrative routines and internal controls is desirable; * Availability to work under PJ (individual contractor) or CLT (formal employment) arrangements is desirable.
