




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for system compliance analysis, supervision of diagnostics, client relationship management, and monitoring and managing agribusiness implementation projects. Agrotitan is one of these verticals, developing a suite of solutions bearing the same name, specialized in the agribusiness segment, serving companies such as grain traders, input distributors, agro-industries, farms, cotton producers, seed companies, dairy processors, and cooperatives. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Compliance Analysis and Pre\-Sales** Participates in sales closure by conducting system compliance analysis against client needs. Conducts interviews and uses tools to gather requirements, ensuring the software will function effectively within the contracting company. **Diagnostics Supervision** Ensures execution of compliance diagnostics, comparing client needs with system functionalities. Supervises the entire analysis to guarantee implementation feasibility. **Client Relationship and Implementation Planning** Conducts on\-site visits to client companies to jointly develop implementation plans. Leads meetings to define project teams, both from Viasoft and the client. **Project Monitoring** Tracks implementation progress using project control systems. Conducts regular interviews with implementers to verify adherence to deadlines and agreed conditions. **Critical Project Involvement** Directly intervenes in complex or conflict\-prone implementations, supporting or assuming tasks to ensure timely completion. **Implementation Team Management** Performs project screening and allocation based on implementers' profiles and availability. Provides guidance on strategies and client\-specific nuances. **Training and Technical Support** Trains new implementers on system routines and functionalities.
