Operations Analyst

Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for analyzing and loading data collectors, issuing invoices (NF) and transport manifests, managing fleets and equipment, and calculating logistics KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Logistics and fleet process analysis and control 2. Focus on operational optimization and KPI monitoring 3. Documentation management and resolution of route inconsistencies **Responsibilities** * Analyze and load data collectors used by drivers on routes, which are utilized for issuing sales invoices to customers and mapping completed routes. * Generate invoices (NF) and transport manifests. * Manage fleet documentation and verify schedules to ensure timely stops for maintenance and license regularization. * Check the status of tracking equipment to ensure proper functionality across all fleets. * Analyze customer arrival and departure times and resolve any inconsistencies. * Record all route delays and analyze/validate their causes and responsibilities with Ritmo Logística. * Monitor and analyze route breakdowns, unattended customers, and incidents to facilitate monthly KPI reporting. * Calculate the number of attended, planned, canceled, and additional customers for accurate KPI analysis. * Validate billing.
