Cut metal sheets and parts according to project-specified dimensions. Perform adjustments, basic settings, and daily inspections on the machine. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area. Assist in material control and machine feeding. Report malfunctions, irregularities, or maintenance needs to the department supervisor. Requirements: **Prior experience as a shearing machine operator is mandatory** Knowledge of dimensional interpretation and technical sheet reading. Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment to deadlines. Ability to work effectively in a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in carpentry or custom furniture manufacturing.
