By automating operational processes—such as those in the sales department—teams gain time to act more strategically, improving productivity and overall business performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Project Planning and Coordination** Collaborate in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project progress, ensuring consultants comply with all phases of the WBS. **Risk, Quality, and Resource Management** Perform risk management, quality control, budget monitoring, and efficient allocation of resources—including managing consultants’ schedules. **Communication and Meetings** Lead status and progress review meetings, ensuring team alignment on goals and actions. **Continuous Improvement** Suggest and implement improvements to the project management methodology to optimize processes and outcomes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or related fields. * Proficiency in project management and change management techniques, aimed at customer engagement and project success. * Ability to plan and adapt delivery scope according to the client company’s profile. * Knowledge of assertive communication and business strategies. * Analytical ability and creativity in problem solving. * Aptitude for collaborative teamwork. * Proactive, engaged profile with strong team orientation and peer support. * Availability for on-site work in Pato Branco. **Additional Information** **Benefits of Being a Viasofter!** Meal or food allowance – your choice!
