




Job Summary: The professional will assist with administrative routines, document control, internal communication, and support for employees and visitors. Key Highlights: 1. Reception service and organization 2. Office supply and material management 3. Administrative support and support to employees Maintain the company's reception area organized and clean Print invoices and deliver them for registration Book hotels for visitors Process R&D (Reimbursements, Expenses, and Travel) Answer phone calls and attend external visitors Send endomarketing materials for printing Manage petty cash at the company / send weekly report via e\-mail Deliver office supplies upon request / monitor monthly inventory / prepare purchase lists for supplies Monitor printer toner levels / submit monthly report on paper usage Submit service requests to the support center / enable internet access on mobile phones Assist with trips to town (post office, grocery shopping, print shop, notary office, transporting employees) Assist with internal communication (bulletin board and WhatsApp group) Assist with collecting time sheet signatures and HR-related documents Deliver medical examination requests and collection containers to employees Assist during audits when necessary Receive resumes and forward them to the HR department Register new employees in the time clock system Send grocery list to the market and verify the company cafeteria's purchase list Schedule interviews / save contacts Enter quality spreadsheets and production invoices into the system Assist with employee training sessions
