Job Summary: We are seeking a Microbiology Analyst to work at CTM – Microbiology, serving as the laboratory's technical reference and directly contributing to the internalization and development of analytical methodologies. Preparation and maintenance of technical records and reports We are seeking a Microbiology Analyst to work at CTM – Microbiology, serving as the laboratory's technical reference and directly contributing to the internalization and development of analytical methodologies. **Main Responsibilities** * Performance of microbiological analyses on various matrices (cultivation, isolation, and identification of microorganisms); * Preparation of culture media and solutions, with quality control; * Application of inoculation, subculturing, and incubation techniques; * Handling of reference strains (ATCC) for controls and validations; * Operation of laboratory equipment (autoclave, incubator, biological safety cabinet, balance, pH meter); * Preparation and maintenance of records, spreadsheets, and technical reports; * Strict compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), biosafety regulations, and quality standards; * Organization of laboratory routines and proper disposal of biological waste. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Biotechnology, Food Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in a microbiology laboratory (industrial or academic); * Proficiency in microbiological techniques and interpretation of results; * Knowledge of laboratory equipment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master’s or Doctoral degree; * Knowledge of molecular techniques (PCR, VIDAS, BAX). **Benefits** * Health Insurance * Life Insurance * Gympass * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PRP) * Career Development Plan * Pharmacy Discount Program * Educational Institution Discount Program * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance
