Job Summary: An IT professional with a postgraduate degree and full-stack development experience will be responsible for software development, applying security best practices, managing performance indicators, improving processes, and leading and training the team. Experience in the Information Technology field as a Fullstack Developer or similar role; Comprehensive proficiency in programming languages for web, desktop, and mobile platforms; Comprehensive proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases; Advanced knowledge of architectural and design patterns, software development, and testing. Develop software using established market programming languages and technologies, applying architectural methodologies and standards, adhering to technical specifications to meet business needs. Apply security and data protection best practices, following secure development policies to ensure compliance with information security standards and LGPD (General Data Protection Law); Develop, implement, and monitor departmental performance and quality indicators using available tools to support the team in decision-making for incident resolution and process improvements, contributing to the department’s strategic objectives; Propose and implement established market standards and methodologies through case studies to improve processes; Propose and implement established market technologies through case studies to deliver software solutions with greater speed, robustness, and quality; Work in multidisciplinary teams, representing the department in meetings when required, contributing to the development of new software or improvement of existing systems; Support management in developing and implementing knowledge pathways through research and preparation for building high-performance teams; Provide technical support and guidance to other team members through mentoring, advice, and training to align the team toward common goals and ensure all routines are performed per departmental procedures and standards; Create and maintain technical documentation for developed software in GitLab and other tools whenever necessary to keep the department’s knowledge base up to date; Monitor delivered solutions for the required duration based on software complexity, performing daily checks on the database and production environment to ensure proper system operation; Monitor departmental performance using developed indicators to report anomalies to the team and immediate supervisor; Follow and respect standard work procedures and safety protocols within the company and at third-party (client) facilities; Maintain organization and proper care of equipment and tools provided by the company; Perform other related duties as required by the position and company, respecting organizational values and principles. 251213020220368935
