




Job Summary: We are seeking a Python Developer to work on developing solutions for the Risk area, optimizing data workflows, and collaborating with diverse teams. Key Highlights: 1. Exploring and applying new technologies for innovative solutions **What We’re Looking For?** We are looking for a **Python Developer** to work at our partner company. Our Outsourcing Management team will be closely supporting you, holding 1:1 meetings to ensure strategic alignment, cultural integration, and career development. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You’ll Do:** * Develop solutions to support the Risk area; * Test new solutions, propose new architectural ideas, conduct proof-of-concepts, and align technically with other internal teams and external vendors; * Experience working in multidisciplinary agile teams is essential, along with understanding the responsibilities of a developer in this context — beyond writing code and unit tests, you’ll also assist in automating integration tests and collectively contribute to solutions meeting business needs; * Strong motivation to explore and apply new technologies to develop innovative solutions, adding significant value to this opportunity; * Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and batch processing using Python; * Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to optimize data workflows; * Write and optimize complex SQL queries; * Manage and version code using GIT; * Work with relational databases (Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB). **Requirements and Qualifications** What You Need: * Backend development experience with Python; * Experience with Databricks and Apache Spark; * Knowledge of RESTful API development with JSON; * Experience with AWS for cloud-based solutions; * Proficiency in GIT for version control; * Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab; * Knowledge of MongoDB; * Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases (Oracle). **Nice-to-Haves:** * Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform; * Knowledge of Denodo; * Knowledge of Power BI. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** Meal and mobility allowances; Health insurance; Biannual performance reviews with growth opportunities; Feedback-driven culture; Maternity/Paternity leave; Referral bonus; ZenKlub — two free sessions per month; Education benefit; Longevity bonus; Coworking office available in Porto Alegre (RS). **About the Hiring Process:** CLT employment contract; Remote work; We are committed to building an increasingly diverse and inclusive company.
