About the Role: We are seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to join the team at **Zecode**, a company within the **Beontag** group specialized in technological solutions and field services. In addition to supporting communication between clients and the technical team, your contribution will be essential in maintaining the organization of administrative processes and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role is fundamental to guaranteeing that customer service is delivered swiftly, clearly, and efficiently—enhancing the customer experience and the success of our deliverables. This position will be based in São Caetano do Sul, under a hybrid work model. Responsibilities: * Support the administrative team in routine organization and control tasks, including monitoring service performance dashboards and managing schedules and service orders. * Support client follow-up by proactively updating them on the progress and status of service requests. * Prepare simple reports and dashboards with analyses of service-related KPIs to support decision-making. * Maintain clear and effective communication with internal departments, collaborating to resolve requests. * Use digital systems and tools to systematically record, monitor, and track requests. #LI-HYBRID Qualifications: * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Management, or related fields currently in progress are desirable). * Prior experience in customer or patient service. * Intermediate proficiency in the **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with ability to prepare reports and support administrative controls. * Comfort using computerized systems and digital tools. * Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and assertive interaction with clients and internal departments. * Proactive, organized, and collaborative profile, with willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
