**Mission** Responsible for coordinating warehouse operational activities, ensuring organization, storage, movement, and shipment of goods, while guaranteeing productivity, quality, safety, and adherence to established deadlines. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate the operational team's activities in the warehouse; * Assign tasks and monitor execution of daily routines; * Control receipt, verification, storage, picking, and shipment of goods; * Ensure organization and cleanliness of inventory and the work environment; * Monitor operational indicators and team productivity; * Conduct inventory control and periodic stocktakes; * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations; * Support training and development of the operational team; * Control damages, losses, and inventory discrepancies; * Collaborate with departments such as transportation, logistics, procurement, and sales; * Monitor delivery and movement deadlines and quality; * Report operational results and needs to management. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is desirable. * Prior experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations; * Experience leading operational teams. **Knowledge** * Inventory and warehousing control; * Logistics processes; * Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of systems is desirable; **Behavioral Competencies:** * Leadership; * Organization; * Communication; * Agility; * Proactivity; * Sense of urgency; * Teamwork; * Results orientation.
