Job Summary:
This professional will be responsible for conducting physical assessments, instructing students on the correct execution of exercises, keeping them motivated, and maintaining the organization of the facility.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Conduct physical and functional assessments of students using appropriate tools to identify physical fitness;
Instruct students on the correct execution of exercises, teaching proper techniques for each movement to prevent injuries and optimize results;
Keep students motivated during training sessions by monitoring their progress, providing positive feedback, and adjusting workouts as needed;
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the strength training area, ensuring equipment is in good condition and providing a pleasant environment for students.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
Bachelor's degree or full teaching license in Physical Education;
Valid registration with the Regional Council of Physical Education (CREF);
Basic computer skills (WORD, EXCEL) preferred;
Stretching techniques;
Familiarity with relevant equipment;
Training program knowledge.
