





**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Team management; Full payroll cycle execution; Hiring, termination, and contract termination processes; Vacation, thirteenth salary, and acquisition period management; Time tracking and hour bank control; Benefits administration; Absence, leave, and medical certificate processes; Compliance with labor obligations and submission of legal and regulatory reports; eSocial and ancillary obligations; Submission, verification, and regularization of eSocial events (S-1000 to S-1299); Deadline compliance and validations; Integration with Accounting; Payroll-related accounting entries; Month-end closings, reconciliations, and accruals; Audit support; Interface with internal and/or external accountants; Management and organization; Process implementation and standardization; Performance indicator monitoring (e.g., turnover, cost per hour, payroll); Support for executive management and leadership **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Proven experience in Payroll Department and team management; In-depth knowledge of labor routines and current legislation; Practical experience with eSocial; Experience with accounting entries and accounting integration; Familiarity with payroll and electronic time-tracking systems; Organized, analytical, discreet, and confidentiality-oriented profile.
