Job Summary: The professional will provide in-person and remote assistance to taxpayers, clarifying inquiries and performing area registrations. Key Highlights: 1. Direct taxpayer assistance and clarification of doubts 2. Multichannel support via telephone, WhatsApp, and email 3. Responsibility for area registration based on sketches REQUIREMENTS: Completed high school education Preferred: currently enrolled in or having completed a bachelor's degree in Geography, Civil Engineering, Surveying Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, or related fields. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide in-person taxpayer assistance, clarifying project-related inquiries; • Respond to project telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails; • Register areas based on sketches.
