The role will involve data analysis, process optimization, and developing strategies to enhance customer experience. For this, clear and effective communication is essential, along with influence across different teams, adaptability, focus on innovation, emotional intelligence, and decisiveness in solving CX issues. Requirements and qualifications We would love if you could contribute with the following competencies: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Information Systems, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Practical (hands-on) CRM experience; * Experience with HubSpot (usage and configuration); * Basic English for tool usage; * Experience with performance indicators (CES, NPS, CAC, LTV, TTV, CHURN, TMA, and TME); * Knowledge in Customer Experience (Customer Success and/or Customer Relationship). 2511110202181465484
