Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing the material flow—from receiving and inspection through storage, picking, and inventory control—ensuring organization and item availability. Key Highlights: 1. Full lifecycle management of materials in the warehouse 2. Serving internal customers and inventory control 3. Organization and preservation of materials Responsibilities for this position include: Loading and unloading materials from trucks, verifying their receipt and dispatch against invoices and purchase orders, then organizing them in their designated storage locations; Receiving and storing materials using equipment that does not require specialized training for operation, such as manual pallet jacks, platform carts, etc. Performing tasks related to stocking, arranging, preserving, and cleaning materials and the warehouse; Serving customers at the warehouse counter, receiving material requests and delivering requested items; Conducting physical inventory counts to ensure stock item accuracy; Sorting materials for return and forwarding documentation for required procedures; Checking expired items and monitoring expiration dates; Recording material issuance transactions in the system; Controlling supplier deliveries—including receipt verification and cross-checking fiscal documents against purchase orders—to ensure compliance with quality, quantities, and specifications; Organizing material storage in designated locations to preserve physical integrity and usability according to each material’s characteristics, while facilitating location and handling; Receiving, issuing, and archiving material movement documents; Issuing material requisitions based on reviewing material inflow and outflow records; Receiving returned supplies and inspecting discrepancies to meet requesters’ actual needs efficiently and with quality; Keeping computerized material management systems updated with material receipt and issue entries.
