




Job Summary: The professional will lead the safety team, implement OHS policies, conduct inspections and training, and ensure legal compliance to prevent accidents. Key Highlights: 1. Accident prevention and legal compliance. * **Management and Leadership:** Lead and coordinate the safety team, defining tasks and safer execution processes. * **Policy Implementation:** Support the development and implementation of internal OHS rules and regulations. * **Inspection and Audit:** Conduct workplace, equipment, and facility inspections to identify risks and propose corrective actions. * **Training and Awareness:** Guide staff on proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), safe procedures, and activity-related hazards. * **Accident Prevention:** Monitor implementation of safety measures, suspend work in cases of imminent risk, and investigate all accidents, including minor ones. * **PPE Management:** Control distribution and usage of personal protective equipment. * **Reporting:** Inform supervisors about incidents, working conditions, and improvement needs. * **Legal Compliance:** Ensure adherence to Regulatory Standards (NRs) and occupational safety and environmental legislation. **Essential Skills:** * Leadership and strong interpersonal skills. * Decision-making and clear communication. * In-depth knowledge of NRs and safety processes. * Analytical mindset to identify risks and propose solutions.
