Responsible for operating a motor grader (grader) to carry out earthmoving, leveling, and soil shaping tasks, ensuring proper surface finishing in accordance with project specifications, elevations, and technical guidelines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate motor grader for land leveling, grading, and surface finishing. * Execute grading work according to project plans, survey stakes, and topographic references. * Open, shape, and maintain access roads, platforms, and slopes. * Adjust the blade and other equipment components as required by the task. * Conduct daily inspections of the machine to verify operational conditions. * Ensure equipment preservation, cleaning, and basic maintenance. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and internal procedures. * Support field teams as required by site demands. * Report any anomalies or maintenance needs to supervisors.
