Perform the separation and dispensing of materials and prescribed or requisitioned medications, ensuring that patient care is delivered appropriately. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive, inspect, and store items in accordance with current regulations; * Portion and label; * Perform separation and verification of materials and prescribed/requisitioned medications as requested; * Provide counter services upon manual or system-based requisition; * Monitor material and medication stock levels, verifying expiration dates, batch numbers, organization, and environmental cleanliness; * Flag when a specific material or medication reaches the predetermined minimum stock level; * Portion medications according to demand; * Dispense medications and materials to requesting units, ensuring supply safety; * Execute write-offs, returns, and transfers of medications and materials to maintain updated stock records; * Monitor temperature conditions for thermolabile medications and the storage environment; * Provide data to the immediate supervisor for indicator consolidation; * Record incidents in the shift logbook; * Perform related activities as outlined in the procedures manual. **Exclusive Activities – High-Cost Pharmacy** * Register users and prescriptions in the MEDEX system; * Conduct user triage services; * Assemble flyers. **Exclusive Activities – Outpatient Clinics and High-Cost Pharmacy** * Receive medications and materials according to invoice verification, supply orders, and purchase commitment notes, as validated by the immediate supervisor. * Store and record movements of received medications and materials. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Computer literacy; * Six months’ experience in pharmacy or warehouse operations preferred. **Additional Information** **Salary:** R$1\.952,93 **Working Hours:** 08:12 AM to 6:00 PM **Work Schedule:** 5×2 \- works Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, but has two days off The **SPDM** \- Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine is a non-profit civil association of philanthropic nature, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility at its headquarters, respectively by Decrees No. 57\.925 dated 03/04/1966, No. 40\.103 dated 05/17/1962, and No. 8\.911 dated 07/30/1970\. It began clinical operations on January 03, 2011, implementing services gradually and progressively increasing bed capacity for Uberlândia’s public health network. To serve Uberlândia/MG’s population—estimated at approximately 600,000 residents—with medium-complexity health care, HMMDOLC operates in full partnership with the Municipal Health Department of Uberlândia, focusing on supporting primary care units requiring secondary-level resolution, under a referral model for hospitalizations, outpatient care, and diagnostics.
