EDUCATION: • Basic Category Professional; preferably holding a high school graduation certificate or equivalent issued by an institution recognized by the MEC. • Physical Endurance: Good health and physical stamina to meet the physical demands of lifting weights and/or performing building cleaning tasks. • Organization and Efficiency: Ability to organize time and tasks efficiently, especially in environments with numerous areas requiring cleaning and/or diverse tasks to be performed. • Ability to Follow Instructions: Capable of understanding and following safety procedures when lifting weights, as well as specific cleaning instructions. • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisor/leader, especially in situations requiring coordination. • Proactive Attitude: Proactively identifying and addressing tasks and areas without waiting for constant instructions. • Teamwork Skills: Ability to collaborate with colleagues to ensure all areas are covered and tasks are comprehensively executed. • Safety Awareness: Solid understanding of safety practices when lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects to prevent personal injury and environmental damage. • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to varying work conditions, schedules, and demands—especially in high-activity environments. • Commitment to Quality: Dedication to work quality, ensuring tasks are performed with excellence. • Professional Ethics: Demonstrate responsibility, punctuality, and commitment in fulfilling assigned tasks. • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within deadlines. • Discretion: Respect for occupants' privacy while performing duties. • Cleaning Product Knowledge: Familiarity with various types of cleaning products, their applications, and usage precautions. • Weight Handling Methodology Knowledge: Familiarity with different weight handling and transportation methods and associated usage precautions. • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail when performing tasks; in building cleaning, ensuring all spaces are cleaned meticulously and effectively. EXPERIENCE: 0 to 3 (zero to three) years of experience in roles related to general services. Main Responsibilities: a) Physically demanding tasks involving material handling within BBTS premises, internal and external warehouses, building lobbies, dispatch counters and/or reception areas, and storage zones; b) Inspection of materials (incoming and/or outgoing) to verify compliance with specifications, checking description, quantity, supplier, and model; c) Physical sorting, weighing, and packaging—including labeling for destination and identification—of materials for dispatch to requesters, warehouses, suppliers, and customers; d) Storage or relocation of items, including loading and unloading operations for materials and equipment; e) Physical movement of materials during receipt, storage, sorting, and distribution; manual pallet jacks and hand stackers owned by BB TECNOLOGIA E SERVIÇOS S.A. may be used depending on circumstances and/or demand; f) Assessment and replacement of damaged packaging; g) Receiving trucks and/or other vehicles designated for material transportation; h) Building maintenance and cleaning activities.
