Job Summary: Sandvik is seeking a Contract Supervisor to manage the Rock Tools service team and activities, coordinate operational and technical requirements, and serve as the primary point of contact with the customer. Responsibilities: * Manage Rock Tools service contract team activities in Vazante (tool regrinding and rock drilling tools), promoting a safe and productive work environment compliant with Sandvik standards and specifications. * Coordinate team activities across all operational and technical requirements to ensure service quality and efficiency. * Monitor and analyze team performance using metrics to optimize processes. * Manage contract KPIs (service performance, tool performance, expenses and costs, forecast, budget, measurement, and billing). * Serve as Sandvik’s primary point of contact with the customer, participating in performance, technical, and commercial meetings to address matters related to the contract and services provided, understanding specific needs and expectations, and proposing appropriate solutions. * Identify and conduct regular team training focused on safety practices, customer service, and quality. * Ensure a safe working environment for the service team in accordance with Sandvik’s EHS guidelines. Profile: * Must be willing and available to reside in Vazante/MG. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. * Extensive experience managing people in a similar role. * Experience managing contracts in mining companies. * Knowledge of CPM (Cost Per Meter) contract management is a plus. * Valid driver’s license. * Intermediate-level Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
