




Job Description We are seeking professionals to work as Customer Service Representatives at CEMIG, providing direct support to the company's customers. The role involves inbound and/or face-to-face customer service, focusing on excellence, courtesy, and efficiency in answering questions, registering requests, handling negotiations, and providing guidance on electricity services. Responsibilities Provide customer service via phone, in person, or through digital channels; Answer inquiries regarding bills, consumption, service disconnection and reconnection, bill reprinting, and other services offered by CEMIG; Record customer interactions in internal systems; Route requests to responsible departments when necessary; Meet quality targets, average handling time, and customer satisfaction goals. Requirements High school diploma (or equivalent); Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer knowledge; Prior customer service experience is a plus.
