**Description:**
The program lasts 18 months, with the professional apprenticeship course in Goods, Services, and Tourism Commerce provided by a regional partner institution, including practical administrative activities and behavioral development.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
Aged between 15 and 17 years;
Currently enrolled in high school;
Availability to work 20 hours per week (4 hours per day);
Resident of Araxá/MG.
**THE JUNIOR APPRENTICE WILL:**
Support administrative activities within the assigned department, performing tasks directed, taught, and supervised by one or more team members;
Handle telephone customer service, providing appropriate responses when knowledgeable, or taking messages and routing them to the responsible person when necessary;
Process invoices for payment, organize and file departmental documents;
Participate in scheduled development meetings and targeted challenges;
Attend and complete theoretical activities required by the partner Apprenticeship Institution.
