Focus on safety and proactivity **Job: Electrical Assistant:** We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Assistant to provide operational support in electrical installations and maintenance. Your mission will be to ensure the lead electrician receives all necessary support by organizing materials and performing essential infrastructure tasks, enabling projects to be delivered efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities: * **Infrastructure Support:** Assist in installing conduits, raceways, cable trays, and structural profiles. * **Cable Handling:** Assist in pulling (laying) wires and cables through conduits and cable trays. * **Worksite Organization:** Prepare, organize, and clean the worksite, and ensure proper storage and maintenance of tools and materials. * **Basic Assembly:** Assist under supervision in mounting outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and supports. * **Loading and Unloading:** Assist in transporting materials and equipment required for service execution. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Education:** Completed high school. * **Training:** Basic electricity course preferred (completed or in progress). * **Knowledge:** Familiarity with hand tools (pliers, screwdrivers, drills). * **Certifications (Preferred):** **NR\-10** and **NR\-35** certifications (if working at heights). * **Profile:** Physical stamina, proactivity, and strong attention to safety regulations. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher; * Lunch; * Hazard pay; * Life insurance; * Productivity bonus; Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$1\.726,98 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
