* Job objective: The Financing Assistant is responsible for supporting the finance team in analyzing and processing customer financing requests. The primary objective is to ensure a positive customer experience, guaranteeing that customer needs are met effectively and in accordance with the quality standards upheld by Grupo Lidon.
* Responsibilities:
* Analyzes customer financial documents and information, ensuring data accuracy and validity.
* Assists in processing financing proposals, maintaining clear and effective communication with customers and team members.
* Participates in preparing financial performance reports, contributing insights to support strategic decision-making.
* Interacts directly with sales and customer service departments to ensure relevant information is shared efficiently.
* Provides support in monitoring financing contracts, ensuring deadlines and terms are met.
* Develops positive working relationships with other company departments, continuously seeking improved communication and process efficiency.
* Qualifications:
* Practical knowledge of financial analysis and the financing market, including basic concepts and industry terminology.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions.
* Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrating cooperation and coordination skills.
* Familiarity with financial software and office suites such as Microsoft Excel and management systems.
* Educational qualifications: Completed high school; a bachelor's degree in finance, administration, or accounting is considered a plus.
* Professional experience: Prior experience in administrative or finance roles—even internships—is valued. Customer service experience and knowledge of the financing market are also important differentiators.
* KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Practical knowledge of basic finance principles and customer service, with aptitude for problem-solving and handling numerical information.
