Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise refrigerated warehouse operations, managing teams while ensuring compliance and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Guarantee safety standards and good warehousing practices **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 9:48 PM **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Coordinate refrigerated warehouse operational activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and operational targets. * Supervise operational, verification, picking, and shipping teams, performing people management, shift scheduling, and performance monitoring. * Ensure cold chain maintenance by monitoring temperatures, cold rooms, and operational procedures. * Oversee product receiving and shipping, ensuring compliance with orders, invoices, and quality standards. * Control inventory by conducting stock counts, adjustments, and discrepancy analysis. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations, Good Warehousing Practices (GWP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and internal procedures. * Prevent losses, damages, and product deviations. * Interface with Quality, Maintenance, Transportation, and Customer departments. * Prepare operational reports and performance indicators (KPIs). * Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements. **Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in warehouse operations and team management; * Knowledge of inventory control, receiving, and shipping processes; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Experience with the Alcis WMS system is considered a plus. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Life insurance, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
