Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Analyst to work across various functions of the HR department, with a focus on recruitment and selection, people management, T&D, and administrative routines. Key Highlights: 1. Diverse involvement in recruitment and selection, people management, and T&D. 2. Support for people management and leadership. 3. Planning and execution of internal marketing (Endomarketing) initiatives. #### **About the position:** * We are seeking an HR Analyst to work across various functions of the Human Resources department. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Handle recruitment and selection activities. * Support people management and leadership. * Monitor training and development (T&D) initiatives. * Plan and implement internal marketing (Endomarketing) activities. * Perform routine tasks within the Personnel Department. * Provide support for other administrative routines within the department. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in the Human Resources field. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in HR management tools. * Organizational skills and proactivity. * Must reside in **Uberlândia** or nearby areas. #### **Benefits:** * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Discount on products from the company's own brand * Performance-based bonuses #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
