Job Summary: A Client Implementation Analyst focused on onboarding, system training, and supporting the implementation of solutions for Valecard-accredited establishments. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting new customer onboarding and system training. 2. Assisting in solution implementation and POS/TEF installation. 3. Maintaining active customer contact and tracking activities in the Salesforce CRM. We are seeking a **Client Implementation Analyst** to directly support the **onboarding of new establishments accredited to the Valecard network**. This professional will be responsible for initial customer contact, delivering welcome messages, conducting system and portal training, and supporting solution implementation—ensuring a positive experience from the start of the partnership. ### **✅ Key Responsibilities** * Conduct active **telephone-based customer service** with new establishments accredited to the Valecard network. * Lead the **welcome and onboarding process**, including portal and system training. * Support **POS implementation and installation**. * Update spreadsheets and record daily activities. * Manage and track activity workflows in the **CRM (Salesforce)**. * Deliver **Ágilli training**. * Monitor TEF and Vans installation processes. * Perform other duties related to the position as directed by leadership. ### **Education** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree. ### **Experience** * Experience with **active and reactive telephone-based customer service**. ### **Computer Skills** * Intermediate level. ### **Additional Knowledge** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on **Excel spreadsheets**. * Familiarity with **remote customer service techniques** is desirable. * Experience with **CRM (Salesforce)** is desirable. ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactive attitude. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Collaborative mindset. * Good interpersonal skills. * Teaching ability and ease in conveying knowledge. **Department: Network Onboarding** **100% in-person work at Jaraguá neighborhood, Uberlândia/MG**
